Village in the Shade Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch

Set out into the peaceful world of Village in the Shade, where you can build a life at your own pace in the Japanese countryside. Tend to your farm, fish in quiet waters, and get to know the village residents. Beneath the idyllic surface, however, strange events, mysterious rules, and secrets gradually emerge, disrupting the seemingly ordinary daily life.

The game combines a relaxing life simulation with a slowly building horror atmosphere. Instead of relying on conventional jump scares, it focuses on the unsettling feeling that something is wrong in the village. Hand-drawn visuals, a melancholic mood, and inspiration from traditional Japanese folklore create an unmistakable experience.
