This drilling jig for a standard furniture hinge cup (35 mm diameter) is designed for fast and accurate door preparation without manual center marking. Mechanical guidance helps keep the tool in the correct position and significantly simplifies creating a series of identical holes – ideal for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, dressers, workshop furniture, and repairs.
The key feature is guidance with 3 bearings (total height 20 mm), which stabilizes the cutter shank and helps reduce wobble during work. If needed, the third bearing can be removed or installed to adapt the drilling method. The jig also allows drilling depth adjustment up to 25 mm, and the package includes a depth stop for better control.
For precise positioning of the hole relative to the door edge, the jig offers 4–6 mm edge offset adjustment. Two independent, adjustable mechanical clamps hold the jig firmly in place, so there is no unwanted movement when starting to drill.
