The oscilloscope mode offers a 10 MS/s sampling rate and 500 kHz bandwidth, including automatic measurements (Vmax, Vmin, Vrms, Vpp, frequency, period, and duty cycle). A 1 kHz calibration signal for probe compensation is also included.
