A bendable probe with a length of 450 mm enables easy gas leak detection even in places you normally can’t access – behind appliances, in the engine compartment, or in confined shafts.
A leak is indicated by a six-level LED scale and at the same time by an audible signal, which speeds up accurate localization of the leak. For work in noisy environments, there is an option to use headphones.
The device can be powered by 4× AA 1.5 V or via a mains adapter 9 V DC / 230 V AC. It also includes low-voltage indication and automatic shut-off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
The AZ Instrument 7291 explosive gas meter is designed for checking leaks in gas distribution lines and equipment, including leak-tightness checks of LPG cylinders. Thanks to simple operation, it enables fast and accurate identification of the gas leak location even under operating conditions.
A major advantage is the flexible probe (450 mm), which makes access easier in confined and inconvenient spaces. A leak is signaled audibly and visually using a six-level LED scale. If you need to work quietly or the ambient noise is high, measurements can also be performed with headphones.
