The Merco FitGym overball (diameter 25 cm) is an elastic PVC exercise aid that allows you to work with body position, stability and movement control. You can use it in slow, controlled exercises focused on the core – whether during pilates, therapeutic exercise or rehabilitation.

Depending on the chosen exercise, the overball can be placed under the back or pelvis, or squeezed between the knees or palms. When squeezed between the limbs, it is suitable for isometric pressure; when lying or sitting, it creates a smaller movable support and helps to specifically change the stability of individual positions.
