Automatic 24-hour sleep tracking
The ring automatically recognizes night sleep and daytime naps and evaluates light, deep and REM phases, including time to fall asleep, sleep efficiency and night awakenings.
5 ATM water resistance and charging case
Thanks to 5 ATM, the ring is suitable for swimming and hand washing. Battery life is approximately 3–5 days, and for convenient charging the package includes a charging case (200 mAh) with a USB‑C connector.
