The COLMI Ring 2 smart ring in black (size 11) is a discreet helper for everyday well-being – it offers heart rate and HRV measurement, SpO2 (blood oxygenation), stress and body temperature, plus automatic sleep tracking and selected sports modes. Thanks to 5 ATM water resistance, you can wear it even while swimming, and with a battery life of approx. 3–5 days it’s suitable for all-day wear and at night as well.
Health data and AI insights in the app
Accurate sensors enable measurement of heart rate, HRV, SpO2, stress and body temperature. In the Q Ring app you get clear statistics, and the data can also be used for more advanced analysis using AI.
Automatic sleep monitoring 24/7
The ring automatically recognizes night sleep as well as daytime naps and tracks sleep stages (light, deep, REM), time to fall asleep, sleep efficiency and nighttime awakenings – without manual start.
5 ATM water resistance and convenient case charging
Thanks to 5 ATM water resistance, you don’t need to take it off when washing your hands or while swimming. Battery life is approximately 3–5 days, and the package includes a charging case (200 mAh) with USB‑C for convenient top-ups.
COLMI Ring 2 combines an elegant ring with advanced sensors and the Q Ring app. The ring continuously collects health data and can use it for intelligent AI-powered analysis so you have a better overview of your fitness, sleep and daily habits.

Charging is via a magnetic connector; the package also includes a charging case with a USB‑C port.
