The Merco FitGym overball (25 cm) is a compact exercise aid made of flexible PVC that responds to pressure and allows you to work with body position, stability, and movement control. You can use it for Pilates, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and compensatory training after one-sided load or long sitting.
Depending on the chosen exercise, the overball can be placed under the back or pelvis, or squeezed between the knees and palms. By adjusting the amount of air, you can easily change the ball’s firmness and the difficulty of support – during slow controlled movements it promotes core engagement and coordination; when squeezed between limbs it is suitable for isometric pressure.
