The Merco FitGym overball in burgundy is an elastic PVC ball with a diameter of 25 cm, ideal for balance, rehabilitation and fitness exercises. During exercise it allows you to work with body position and stability – you can place it under your back or pelvis, or squeeze it between your knees and hands depending on the selected exercise.
The PVC surface responds to pressure and with simple additional inflation you can set the ball’s firmness and the difficulty of the support. With slow, controlled movements it helps engage the core and train coordination. You can also use it for isometric pressure (squeezing between limbs) or as a smaller mobile support while lying down or sitting.
