A heated metal staple is embedded into the plastic across the crack line, which mechanically reinforces the repair area and helps reconnect both sides of the damage – typically on bumpers, covers, and other compatible plastic parts.
The package includes a total of 200 staples (50 pcs of each type), so you can easily choose the shape according to the repair spot – flat surfaces, more complex cracks, and inner and outer corners. Types: RS18 (flat wave, wire 0.8 mm), RS28 (wave, wire 0.8 mm), RS46 (inner angle, wire 0.6 mm), RS38 (outer angle, wire 0.8 mm).
The ergonomic shape in the style of a soldering gun makes handling easier and enables precise staple placement. LED lighting improves control of the work in poorly lit areas and during detailed repairs.

The principle is simple: the selected metal staple heats up quickly in the holder, then is embedded across the crack, and after the plastic cools down, the joint is mechanically strengthened and stabilized.
Thanks to the pistol-grip design, the device is comfortable to hold and allows precise guiding of the staple. The integrated LED improves visibility when working in poorly lit places (e.g., inside covers or on automotive plastics).
