The RENEW FORCE® AB roller is designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, back, shoulders, arms and the entire body center (core). With regular use, you develop strength, stabilization and movement control without the need for bulky fitness equipment. Thanks to the narrow wheel, training is more demanding on balance and precise movement guidance.

Construction for more confident and more comfortable exercise: the wheel with a diameter of approx. 17.5 cm has a textured tread for better grip on a flat surface (exercise mat, laminate flooring, tile). The steel axle is designed for high durability and stable support; the declared load capacity is up to 226 kg. The handles (approx. 12 cm) are covered with EVA foam for a more comfortable grip and less slipping. Included is a knee pad that cushions pressure during kneeling exercises. The manual is in Polish.
