Vital signs tracking during the day
The ring continuously measures heart rate, HRV, SpO2 and skin temperature, and thanks to the accelerometer it calculates steps, distance and calories burned. You have the data available in real time for a better overview of fitness and load.
Sleep analysis and nighttime recovery
EVEN REALITIES R1 works during sleep too: it records sleep stages, rest quality and moments of waking. It also tracks temperature changes during the night to give you a clearer picture of recovery.
