The ring continuously measures heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature and daily activity. With sensors on the inner side, you can get data whenever you need it for a quick assessment of fitness and recovery.
During the night, R1 tracks sleep duration, stages, quality and awakenings and records temperature changes. The results help you better understand your nightly recovery and readiness for the next day.
Wireless magnetic charging takes approximately 1–1.5 hours and the battery lasts up to 4 days. The ring works with the EVEN G2 Companion app for iOS and Android.
