EVEN REALITIES R1 works during the night too – it records sleep stages, rest time, awakenings, and tracks temperature changes. In the morning, you’ll better understand recovery quality and your readiness for the next day.
Thanks to up to 4 days of battery life, the ring can handle continuous tracking without frequent charging. Charging is done via a magnetic wireless charger and takes approximately 1–1.5 hours.
The EVEN REALITIES R1 smart ring (size 11) is designed for everyday wear – during the day it collects data on activity and vital signs, and at night it analyzes sleep. This gives you an overview of recovery, readiness, and overall condition whenever you need it.
On the inside of the ring, sensors (including PPG with red, green, and infrared LEDs) continuously evaluate key metrics. In the EVEN G2 Companion app (iOS/Android) you have data available in real time, and the manufacturer emphasizes privacy – data is not stored in the cloud without your explicit consent.
