In real time it tracks heart rate and HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, activity, and sleep, and thanks to touch control it lets you discreetly control glasses functions with gestures. A durable construction made of zirconia ceramic and stainless steel, IP68 protection, and battery life up to 4 days make it an elegant and practical everyday companion.
Real-time vital sign monitoring
The ring continuously measures heart rate and HRV, blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, and daily activity. Thanks to a combination of PPG LEDs (red, green, infrared), a temperature sensor, and an accelerometer, you get an overview of your condition at any time during the day.
Detailed sleep and recovery analysis
During the night the ring records sleep duration and stages, moments of waking up, and temperature changes. The data help you better understand the quality of your rest and assess how ready you are for the next day.
Touch control and durable design
The smooth surface works as a discreet touch panel for gestures, allowing you to control EVEN G2 glasses functions without taking out your phone. The construction combines zirconia ceramic and medical-grade stainless steel; the surface is resistant to fingerprints, and IP68 protection guards against splashing water and short-term immersion.
The EVEN REALITIES R1 smart ring was designed as part of the EVEN REALITIES ecosystem—besides collecting health and activity data, its touch surface can also serve as a discreet controller for EVEN G2 glasses. Throughout the day it continuously measures key values and stores them in the EVEN G2 Companion app (iOS/Android), where you get a quick overview of how you feel and how ready you are for the next challenges.
The ring also monitors night-time recovery—recognizing sleep stages, recording awakenings, and tracking temperature changes during the night. It also includes a productivity score that expresses mental readiness (e.g., before tasks requiring focus and fast decision-making).
