During sleep, the ring tracks sleep stages, rest duration and quality, awakenings, and temperature changes. In the morning, you get an overview of recovery and can more easily evaluate how well you rested.
Battery life of up to 4 days enables continuous measuring during the day and night. Charging is done via a wireless magnetic charger and takes approximately 1–1.5 hours.

The surface finish is fingerprint-resistant, and the IP68 protection rating protects the ring against splashes and allows short-term submersion. The manufacturer states that data is not stored in the cloud without explicit consent and is encrypted during processing.
