In Junior Alias, children (and adults too) play in at least two teams. One player explains their cards to teammates so they guess as many concepts as possible before the sand runs out in the hourglass. You may use synonyms, opposites, hints, or even sounds – you just must not say the searched word itself.
For each correctly guessed clue, the team moves along the board by the corresponding number of spaces. The winner is the one who reaches the finish first. Thanks to easy-to-explain pictures, the game is great even for younger children, and the hourglass keeps the pace brisk.
