Carbon steel conducts heat well, allowing the batter to bake evenly from the center to the edges. The pan is suitable for classic marble, quark, poppy seed and nut Bundt cakes, as well as festive desserts.
The non-stick surface helps prevent the batter from sticking and makes it easier to turn out the finished cake and clean the pan afterward. Wider edges ensure more convenient handling when placing the pan in and removing it from the oven. The pan withstands temperatures of up to 220 °C and is suitable for gas, electric and fan-assisted ovens.
