The FNIRSI TSG6020 function generator is designed for accurate signal generation and analysis across a wide range of applications. Thanks to two independent channels, you can generate two different signals simultaneously and efficiently test more complex circuits. High waveform fidelity is supported by a sampling rate up to 200 MSa/s, 14-bit resolution, and low jitter, which helps minimize distortion even in demanding measurements.
The device supports common waveforms (sine, square, sawtooth, pulse, noise, DC) and also allows creation of your own arbitrary waveforms using a point-by-point method. For testing communication and radio systems, advanced modulation modes are available (AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK). It also includes frequency sweep in both linear and logarithmic modes, which is useful, for example, when analyzing filters and circuit response.
