The FNIRSI LCR-ST2Plus tester allows you to measure resistance, capacitance, inductance, voltage, and diodes, while also displaying advanced component parameters such as D, Q, Z, X, θ and ESR. This provides a quick quality check as well as more detailed analysis of component behavior without the need to use multiple different measuring instruments.
For higher accuracy, you can set 5 measurement frequencies (100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, and 100 kHz) and 4 levels of test voltage (0.1 V / 0.3 V / 0.6 V / 1.0 V). A full frequency sweep mode (100 Hz to 100 kHz) is also available for quick verification of frequency response, as well as an intelligent sorting function that compares results with set tolerances and helps speed up testing of larger batches.
Included in the package are tweezer probes (straight and curved) for small SMD components, as well as leads with a Kelvin clamp (four-wire method) for accurate measurement of larger components. The instrument features HOLD, Max, and Min functions, automatic screen rotation, and charging via USB‑C.
