SUNLU TPU 95A is a flexible filament for 3D printing that offers an excellent balance between flexibility and strength. Thanks to its 95A hardness, precise diameter of 1.75 mm ±0.02 mm, and high abrasion resistance, it is ideal for functional parts that must withstand bending, impacts, and long-term stress.
SUNLU TPU 95A filament (white) is a universal thermoplastic polyurethane designed for reliable FDM/FFF printing. It excels with very high elongation at break, good tensile strength, and dimensional stability – prints can bend, absorb impacts, and retain their properties over the long term.
It is suitable for practical applications where a flexible yet durable material is required:
- cases, protective covers, and bumpers
- seals, grommets, and stops
- handles, grips, and non-slip elements
- mechanical parts exposed to repeated bending and abrasion
