The high sides make it easier to mix larger portions, while the sturdy stainless steel construction is designed to provide stability even at high temperatures.
The three-layer body combines 304 stainless steel on the inside, an aluminium core for efficient heat conduction and 430 stainless steel on the outside. The brushed induction base ensures good contact with the cooktop. The all-stainless-steel construction also allows use in the oven.
