Whipped cream chargers are designed as a propellant and whipping medium for preparing fresh whipped cream in compatible whipped cream dispensers. They contain liquid food-grade nitrous oxide N2O, also known as laughing gas.
To prepare whipped cream, simply use liquid whipping cream. The chargers differ from siphon variants by their silver cap.
