The Cold Steel Pocket Bushman was designed by knifemaker Andrew Demko as a durable folding knife for demanding conditions. Its design is based on the legendary Douk Douk knife, which has been produced for the French colonies in Africa and Asia since 1928. Thanks to its sturdy construction, it is suitable for outdoor activities, camping, hiking, and everyday carry.
The plain edge blade made of German Cryo Quenched German 4116 hardened stainless steel opens with ambidextrous thumb studs. Safe locking during use is provided by the patented Ram Safe Lock mechanism, which uses a solid steel bar tensioned by a spring.
The AISI 420 stainless steel handle features a monoblock construction made from a single folded sheet of metal. The knife is equipped with a practical clip for attaching it to a pocket and a hole for a lanyard.
